INSURANCE BAD FAITH
We represent consumers and insurance policy holders who have been victimized by acts of insurance bad faith by their own insurance companies, including:

- Failing to provide information or correct information about policy limits, which are monetary amounts of coverage available under the insurance policy
- Attempting to apply a standard that deviates significantly from the appropriate standards of the insurance industry
- Unreasonably and deliberately delaying or withholding payment of insurance proceed
