Scott received his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in 1998 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.
Scott primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation involving individuals and public school districts, including real estate tax assessment appeals for public school districts, employment law matters, defamation law issues, and civil rights claims. Scott also focuses his practice on school law for public school districts.
Scott has been named to the Delaware County Daily Times Top Lawyer list in the field of school law and special education law. Scott has served as the President of the Delaware County Bar Association and received the prestigious Nicholas Vadino Award for significant contributions to the Bar Association.
